Q: What are your office hours
A: We are open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday except that we are closed between 1pm and 2pm daily for lunch. Out of hours appointments may be available, please ask when making your appointment.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept electronic funds transfers, cash or cheques
Q: I do not live in NSW, are you still able to represent me?
A: Yes, of course. With technology the way it is these days and the vast use of E-mails, the Internet, faxes and couriers we are able and often do represent people worldwide who have transactions in NSW.
Q: Do you charge extra for acting on our mortgage?
A: Normally no, unlike most other firms our fee includes acting on your mortgage and satisfying all your banks requirements. Except in unusual circumstances our fee is all inclusive and extremely competitive. Please feel free to contact us for further information.
Q: Will you assist me with my First Home Buyer Application Forms and if so will you charge extra?
A: Yes we will assist you with the completion of your First Home Buyer Forms and no there is no extra charge. |
